Responsibility for switching corporate values, the concept and quality of service and products Responsibility for personnel planning, personnel structure and goods management Funded knowledge of Nesto, Marketman and Lightspeed Knowledge of all drinks and menus Task distribution within the team - give responsibility and employees: develop recruitment, instruction and training of new employees:in all areas Responsibility of the daily accounts and the cash register Coordination, preparation and safeguarding of the operating processes in the restaurant, including active cooperation within the stations Daily controls of personnel use taking into account the business volume and the resulting optimal staff allocation Implementation of daily and monthly accounts and inventory Processing of order quantities and triggering of orders Ensure occupational safety and control of HACCP standards in all areas Representative and contact person for guests, employees, partners and suppliers Ensuring functionality and proper handling of all equipment Highness of staff over all station staff Management and maintenance of the personnel documents of the site for wage and financial accounting (in compliance with legal guidelines) Responsibility for necessary instructions for work safety and hygiene stadiums as well as HACCP guidelines Regular training of station staff in all work processes Frictionless information flow in the restaurant management team and ensuring uniform communication in the station teams Promoting and further developing employee potential and maintaining employee motivation Main attention to our guests as a good host
