As an assembly aid (m/w/d) you are the driving force behind the production of high-quality products. Your commitment focuses on precise and responsible work to achieve every step of work. Your activities contribute significantly to ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards. In a dynamic 3-shift operation, varied tasks await you, which make your working day exciting and challenging.

• Insert components into mounting devices and position them carefully
• stapling and drilling according to predetermined devices
• Lowers and screws to mount the components securely and firmly
• Control and ensure quality throughout the assembly process
• Team collaboration to ensure a smooth workflow

We are looking for

No extensive experience is required for this position – it is perfect for professional or fresh graduates who want to build a promising career path. However, you should bring a passion for craftsmanship and be prepared to actively participate in a diverse and demanding work environment.

• A completed training or practical experience in the field of crafts are advantageous
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation
• Good technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Teamability and reliable operation
• Independent and structured working methods
