Management of demanding 'building projects in existence', taking into account the economic and technical objectives (responsibility for sales and earnings) Negotiations with contracting entities:in terms of construction implementation, changes and extensions of the construction contract, as well as follow-up approval Monitoring and control of monthly performance and earnings development including reporting Support for project management Participation in supply skalkulation, strategy and contract negotiations Examination of performance and development of special proposals Staff management and support, operational planning within the group

A successfully completed study in civil engineering or a comparable qualification as well as multiannual relevant professional experience, in particular in the field of 'buildings in stock' Enthusiasm for structural processes in revitalization of existing buildings Comprehensive understanding of construction design and engineering processes in energy renovations and modernizations desirable experience in carrying out inventory assessments; Knowledge of reuse and rebuilding Leader with the ability to inspire and tie employees Self-employed and earnings-oriented work Good knowledge of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel) as well as in a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) Embossed organizational ability, communication strength, enforcement ability and problem-solving competence complete your profile
