Acquisition of central management activities in science management Administrative support for scientific management and project management Organisation, coordination and follow-up of meetings, committee meetings and scientific events Support in the preparation of third-party applications: formal examination, time-limit management, compilation of documents Personal administrative processes in the project context: recruitment documents, contract extensions, interface to the personnel department Maintenance of project and publication databases Communication with internal and external partners, promoters and administrative bodies Support in creating interim and final reports

Successfully completed training in the administrative or commercial field or a bachelor's degree, e.g. in Public Management, Administration, Business Administration or a comparable degree course Experience in administrative processes, ideally in the university or university clinic area Experience in third-party management or science management of advantage Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Structured, independent and careful operation Organisational strength, discretion and reliability Service orientation and team skills Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
