As a construction manager (m/w/d) TGA you take responsibility for the technical building equipment of turnkey construction projects. Whether your focus is on supply technology or electrical engineering, you will find space for us to introduce your expertise and to move big. Your tasks in detail: Competent Management: Takeover of the building management for the electrical and power plants in the context of turnkey construction projects (including housing construction) with a special focus on quality, dates and costs Project control: Monitoring and coordination of all plants in the performance phases 5–7 in close coordination with project and construction management Subcontractor management: support in the selection, commissioning and management of subcontractor services and in the accounting of the services provided Technical know-how: Accompanying construction projects through precise planning, quality control and cost monitoring to ensure our high standards Customer communication: Technical support for customers during the construction phase and during the warranty period – you are the face to our technical excellence

Master (m/w/d), Technicians (m/w/d), a completed study of supply technology or other subject-related training/studies Detectable, multi-year professional experience in the construction management, preferably in the field of technical building equipment, in particular in the supply technology Funded knowledge in the fields of supply technology and ideally familiarity with the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) and HOAI LP 5–7 Safe handling of current MS Office applications Self-employed, structured working methods combined with enforcement capability and excellent communication capability Team orientation and the ability to work effectively with internal and external construction partners Be part of the success story at GOLDBECK.
