Self-accounting: You conduct the ongoing accounting for selected companies within our group of companies. Account views: You regularly check accounts, determine inconsistencies, and ensure correct booking procedures. Final accounts: You will check drafts and tracers of final invoices taking into account specific construction features such as deduction payments, yields and warranty retention and ensure complete documentation. Delimitations & provisions: You collect timely delimitations and provisions, in particular for building-specific facts such as warranties, threatening losses and unpredicted services. Assets: You carry the assets and secure a correct booking. Conclusions: You can participate in the creation of monthly and annual accounts. Process optimization: You support the development of processes and bring ideas to improve efficiency and transparency. Special tasks: You carry out additional tasks in the financial sector as needed and support the team in cross-departmental projects. Communication: You are the contact person for internal departments and external partners, such as tax advisors or auditors.

Educational background: You have a completed commercial training with further training to the account holder (IHK) or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring multi-year, relevant professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company or in construction or construction. Project business.
