Self-coordination, control and organization of ongoing construction sites in the area of dry construction, acoustic construction and interior construction – from light partition systems to suspended acoustic ceilings to complex special constructions Support for customers and construction sites directly on site – as a reliable contact person in all phases of the project Close cooperation with the company manager and internal departments Staff and operational planning in coordination with team and working group leaders Own-responsible costing and economic control of construction projects Material disposition, order processing and delivery coordination – with regard to quality, time and cost Support for contract and supplier negotiations Measurement, documentation and quality control at the construction site Creation, testing and tracking of invoices

Professional experience in construction, craftsmanship or construction – ideally with a focus on dry construction, acoustic construction or interior construction (e.g. dry engineer, stucco technician, painter, carpenter, carpenter or similar) Completed craft training or comparable qualification Transversal beginners from craftsmen with relevant construction experience are also welcome Advantageous knowledge of the processing of plasterboard, plasterboard and acoustic systems (e.g. Knauf, Rigips, Saint-Gobain) Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Economic thinking and cost-conscious action High-communication, secure appearance to customers and teams Organizational talent – also in complex project situations Safe handling of MS Office High self-motivation, quality awareness and team spirit readiness for professional and personal development
