The business customer and free professions department stands for consulting small and medium-sized companies as well as medical and outdoor professions with a turnover of up to €25 million. The division's business area includes all customers with headquarters in Karlsruhe and Pforzheim as well as the regions Karlsruhe, Bruchsal, Baden-Baden, Pforzheim, Calw, Freudenstadt/Nördlicher Schwarzwald. The focus is on a team-oriented consulting approach with expertise on the credit and investment side, which fully takes into account both operational and family needs. The consulting team is supported by a wide-ranging assistance and expert team, which are fully involved in the distribution.

Contact person:in daily business by processing internal and external correspondence and appointment management Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments (e.g. searches, presentations, supply creation) Processing of complaints Support of business customer advisers:in the preparation of appointments and throughout the entire credit process Self-employed customer data management and opening of private and business accounts Telephone contact with customers and non-customers Interactive exchange (knowledge transfer, information, representations) of assistance between the two locations Pforzheim and Karlsruhe Takeover of multiplier tasks in the market
