Contract affairs & Tariffs: You are responsible for the operational management and strategic maintenance of telecommunications contracts. You continuously check contract data, tariffs and additional options and ensure the necessary adaptation of existing services to new contractual and technical conditions. Operational coordination & service: As a central contact person, you ensure operational readiness. You coordinate switching and installation services, accompany the formal notification of TK connections and function as an interface between the network operators and the internal departments in the event of power disturbances. Procurement & market analysis: You observe the market development for telecommunications solutions and advise the internal specialist departments to use existing framework agreements. You support the preparation of procurement procedures, create technical specifications and economic considerations or carry out the awards independently. Technical consulting & infrastructure planning: You advise users for optimal equipment with fixed-network and mobile solutions. You will accompany the entire process from the demand determination to the conclusion of the contract and support the structural or systemic expansion of the TK infrastructure. Optimisation of stocks & separation: You coordinate necessary capacity expansions and accompany provider change with technical expertise.
