Process Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Strengthen our team in full-time business services with work location in the Home Office or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area – and get ahead with the market leader for local IT solutions!

You take the process control of complex interfaces between the different business areas You accompany the specialist areas in the introduction and further development of processes – from conception to implementation You identify optimization potentials (efficiency, quality, automation, use of AI solutions) and take concrete measures You document the processes in a transparent and comprehensible way in the target system and ensure their sustainable anchoring You are responsible for monitoring and KPI introduction for process performance and automation levels You support implementation projects professionally and with test/rollout scenarios

You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or an equivalent professional experience You can get a certification in BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) or comparable, e.g. Lean Six Sigma or ITIL You have experience in process management, optimally in IT environments, as well as experience with end-to-end processes You could ideally gain experience with integration technologies and middleware; specific products (e.g. X4) are a plus, but no need You have pronounced moderation and communication skills for cross-departmental voting So you might think...
