As a “(Junior) Customer Success Manager” (m/w/d) you are looking for maximum customer satisfaction through excellent preparation, execution and refurbishment of our special adventure journeys. You are in exchange with our customers, but also with our service providers such as country managers, hotels and tour guides to find the best solutions in dialogue. You want to work with a motivated and super nice team? Do you want to continuously develop and grow together with us? Your journey with us Customer communication: You are the contact person(s) for the customers on a variety of questions and are in close contact with them after booking, as well as before, during and after the trip. You get proactive feedback from guests and rarely process complaints Communication with our services: You are a contact person for our country management, hotels and tour guides and will find good solutions in dialogue with challenges in travel processing Crisis Management: Not only do you manage unforeseen situations, but you are the first point of contact for our tour guides worldwide Cooperation with the flight area: In the case of flight changes, cancellations and strokes, you communicate with our internal flight department and meet the best decisions for the customers together with the colleagues. Process optimization: In the team you develop our processes and introduce your ideas for more effective ways of working
