As a SAP Key User Logistics (m/w/x) at our new location in Hamm, you work closely with operations and IT, listen carefully and translate requirements into smart SAP processes - so we grow in the team, drive innovation ahead and deliver reliable results for our customers every day. First-level support in the SAP system: As the first contact person: for our logistics teams, you are answering inquiries about SAP WM, S/4HANA and SD, analyzing error messages and ensuring that disturbances in the daily business are quickly, solution-oriented and sustainable. Process-proof logistics processing: In the day-to-day operating business, you ensure a smooth process, monitor the relevant process steps in the system and work closely with colleagues in the warehouse to detect bottlenecks, sources of errors and optimization potentials at an early stage. Design & Optimization of SAP Processes: Together with Operations and IT, you participate in the design and implementation of new or optimized business processes in the SAP system, test adaptations and accompany the productive implementation at Hamm site - always with the aim of developing our e-commerce logistics in a sustainable manner. Interface between discipline and IT: You translate technical requirements into clear system requirements, prepare decision-making templates and help all stakeholders have a common understanding of goals, priorities and the ‘why’ behind the changes. Documentation & Training: You create and advise process documentation, work instructions and training documents and enable colleagues to use the relevant SAP functions so that the team can do its best every day. Reporting & Evaluations: The regular production of statistics, analyses and evaluations in SAP and MS Excel is also part of your responsibility to create transparency about performance and improvement potentials and to enable data-based decisions.

Education & Background: Complete training or further training in the field of IT, SAP or logistics; alternatively cross-entry with a pronounced IT and logistics affinity Professional experience in the logistics environment: Ideally first experience in a comparable role in the warehouse or e-commerce environment, for example as SAP Key User:in, Disponent:in or in process optimization SAP & IT skills: Secure handling of SAP WM, S/4HANA and ideally SD as well as routined application of MS Office, especially Excel Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge for cooperation in our international environment Working & Personality (Softskills): High process and IT affinity, pronounced service orientation, structured and analytical working methods, joy of team-oriented cooperation, clear and value-adding communication, and curiosity to question things and to make things better together
