Process Mining Expert (m/f/d)

Actively shape the future of our business processes: As a Process Mining Expert (m/w/d), you are a key driver for data-driven transparency, sustainable efficiency enhancement and the strategic anchoring of Process Mining at apetito. This means that you strategically place the subject of process analysis and develop it within the company. Thus, you are responsible for the introduction of Process Mining as a strategic tool and also for the international establishment in the subsidiaries of apetito AG, which you regularly visit. Your tasks: Analysis, modelling and visualization of international end-to-end business processes with modern process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, SIgnavio Process Intelligence etc.) and clear customer orientation Identification of inefficiencies, bottlenecks and automation potentials along the entire process chain deriving data-based action recommendations as well as independent implementation of specific optimization measures KPI-based tracking and success measurement of optimizations incl. Before/after analyses Construction and development of system connections, data models, dashboards and KPI systems in close cooperation with the Analytics team Close cooperation with the departments as an interface between data and business to validate process models and sustainable improvements

Completed studies of business management, business informatics or a comparable IT-related discipline Multiannual professional experience in process mining with very good knowledge in process mining tools and event log engineering (data modeling, data quality, system connections) Knowledge in SQL, PQL and in data processing and data analysis Experience in process management (e.g. BPMN2.0, process architecture, end-to-end process design) and in benefit quantification (Business Case, KPIs, Value Tracking) Embossed stakeholder and change expertise incl. Workshop-Moderation, Consulting Process Owners and Communications to Management-Level and Control of International Use Cases and Rollouts (Trainings/Coachings) High team capacity and experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary, international teams (remote/hybrid) Very good English skills and readiness to travel (once per quarter) to our international subsidiaries, including in England and Canada
