We train, design processes and offer software solutions including accompanying services. We advise and support companies in fulfilling legal and customer-specific requirements regarding material compliance. With our products and services, we help companies meet these requirements and environmental requirements and develop sustainable & harmful products. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for several specialist data service (m/w/d) – full-time project work

Research, testing, production and dispatch of material data sheets with regard to legal and customer-specific requirements Communication with suppliers and customers Data input into computer systems (for example in our own software DataCross, IMDS etc.) Analysis of materials/materials based on lists Ensuring project success including appointment monitoring, reporting and status tracking

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. businessman for office management (m/w/d), industrial businessman (m/w/d), IT businessman (m/w/d)) or completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics) We are also happy to accept applications from start-ups after completed training You are customer-oriented, communicative and have fun dealing with customers on the phone You work routined with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel) You have good language skills in English You work independently, partly in your own projects You are team-oriented and reliable You work detailed and reliable
