The department is responsible for the construction and rehabilitation measures at the University of Wuppertal. The project portfolio includes demanding new construction, rebuilding and renovation measures in higher education. As a builder, we coordinate external planning and construction participants and accompany the projects over all phases of the project.

You work in interdisciplinary project teams to prepare and implement construction and rehabilitation measures for the Bergische Universität Wuppertal You help to support construction projects throughout all phases of the project You coordinate and supervise external architectural and engineering offices and other project participants You contribute to the management of costs, dates and qualities as well as to the identification and processing of project risks You take over the examination of planning, tendering, awarding and billing documents and the participation in contract processing You support the coordination with the technical and professional representatives of the university, authorities and other internal and external project participants You are responsible for carrying out independent tasks within projects; Depending on the size of the project and the experience of the profession, the support of smaller construction and rehabilitation measures

You have a successfully completed university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, construction in existence, civil engineering or economic engineering or a comparable discipline.
