Develop software, work with networks and design secure IT systems for modern administration. You can use your knowledge directly in real projects – technically demanding, practical and future-proof. Why this dual study? Because there is strong IT behind a digital administration. You learn to understand complex systems, develop software and find technical solutions for real requirements. You use your knowledge directly in practice and actively shape the IT of the DRV Bund. You have the choice: two locations, two study models You can study computer science with us in Berlin or Würzburg. Depending on the location, university, duration of study and degree are different – you can do the practice at the DRV Bund on site. | Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) You study dual at the Brandenburg University of Technology and complete your practical phases at the DRV Bund in Berlin. Your studies take three years. Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) You study computer science with deeper practice at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt and gather your practical experience at the DRV Bund in Würzburg. Your everyday life: theory and practice Your studies combine technical university knowledge with real tasks in the IT areas of the DRV Bund. In theory: Studies at TH Brandenburg or TH Würzburg-Schweinfurt Content from programming, software technology and computer science Mathematics, Algorithmics and Databases Networks, operating systems and computer architecture Depending on the university, further technical and economic foundations In practice: Practical phases in the IT areas of the DRV Bund in Berlin or Würzburg Working with real IT projects Develop and improve software and applications Get to know networks, systems and hardware and software Uses as appropriate to your interests and strengths Project work and Bachelor thesis with practical reference at the DRV Bund

(Change)Abi German knowledge of at least C1 level English knowledge Interest in computer science and digital technologies Logical and analytical thinking desire to understand technical relationships and solve problems Readiness and joy to develop solutions together in the team Responsibility from the beginning From the outset, you work in an IT area with special importance. After a successful selection procedure and a safety review pursuant to § 9 SÜG, you will receive access to exciting security-relevant tasks and a working environment based on trust and responsibility. A prerequisite for your setting is your willingness to participate in the safety review as well as a positive result in which no safety risk is identified in accordance with § 14 SÜG. We will of course inform you in the further application process.
