Maintenance: Maintenance, fault diagnosis and documentation of automation systems SCADA Management: Monitoring, updating and security of SCADA systems Pharmaceutical automation: application of GAMP5 and compliance with GxP/GMP standards Documentation and regulations: management of technical documentation and participation in audits Data management: Analysis of operating data and creation of technical reports Training and support: Training of employees and providing technical assistance Optimization: Development of efficiency enhancement measures and system audits Security and Compliance: Compliance with Pharmaceutical and Security Policy Continuous improvement: implementation of projects to optimize automation Cooperation: coordination with quality and production teams for standard performance

Knowledge of HMIs and SCADA systems / knowledge of industrial fieldbus systems (Ethernet, ProfiNet, Profibus) Basic knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP, OPCUA) Knowledge of VLANs, IP addresses, gateways and network switches Understanding network topologies (machine network, Ethernet network) Knowledge of IT systems (Windows Server, Virtual Machines, Server and Client Architecture, Domains, Active Directory, User Management) and the execution of data backups Hardware knowledge of PLCs, HMI panels and Thin clients Basic knowledge of Step 7 TIA Portal and WinCC (Advanced, Professional, SCADA) Basic knowledge of GxP Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office for creating documents
