Operation and Submarine Training Mechanic – Targets are defined, adapted and prioritized, partly derived from departmental and corporate strategies Planning, organisation, structuring and optimization of technical tasks and processes Creation of budget and personnel deployment planning for trainers on board submarines and special ships Coordination and ensuring the quantitative and qualitative personnel requirements of the projects Responsibility for personnel selection, development and disciplinary leadership of team management and employees (legal authority, personnel discussions, care obligation) Priority, de alloying and tracking of tasks and responsibilities as well as regular communication and meetings with internal and external interfaces Meeting content and formal decisions, control, reporting and responsibility for work results, including readiness to travel

Complete university studies with a maritime or naval focus or a comparable qualification are available Long-term professional experience and deep expertise in seafaring and maritime industry (m/w/d) Engineer (m/w/d) Leadership competencies and strong team skills are proven Advanced IT skills, especially in MS Office, SAP and the Atlassian Suite, are safely applied The disciplinary responsibility for a team as well as the further development of employees are taken over, focusing on motivation, decision-making, planning and delegation High empathy, communication skills and emotional intelligence complement the leadership profile
