Projektmanager (m/w/d) At the Bottrop site, we are looking for an employee*in (m/w/d) fault management for our Operations Monitoring Centre department at the next possible time.

Disruption management: acceptance, evaluation and targeted forwarding of interference messages of priority 1 – around the clock Communication: First contact for authorities (LANUV, police, fire brigades, etc.), citizens in special events Operational coordination: control of around 140 professional employees and ensuring individual workstation security Location & Reporting: Creation of status reports and preparation of relevant information for managers Analysis & Optimization: Analysis of Disorders, Recognition of Priorities and Assessment of relevant Critical Infrastructure Messages (BSI/B3S)

Completed training as a specialist in wastewater technology or comparable training with professional experience in the operation of water systems Very good knowledge of modern water systems, processes and processes Good computer skills (MS-Office, Excel, Access) Class B driving licence and readiness to take over call-readiness services High resilience in crisis situations, team capacity as well as ability to analyze and communicate

Compensation shall be carried out in accordance with the activity transferred and its characteristics of activity and the necessary training/vocational qualification in accordance with the contract Wasserwirtschaft NRW (TV-WW/NW) in the remuneration group 6. The specific classification of the level within the remuneration group depends on the relevant professional experience. In addition to the basic tariff remuneration, a tariff variable, performance-oriented premium payment may be granted if the conditions are met.
