Administrative support: You handle general office and administrative tasks. Location monitoring: You carry out regular inspections at the logistics site to check the condition. Facility management notifications: You process and track reports regarding the building facilities. Document Management and Audits: You’re consulting relevant documents and preparing audits. Reporting: You are launching reports with key figures on quality, health and safety. Search: You are researching topics of occupational safety and quality.

Commercial expertise: You have a commercial training, e.g. industrial businessman / industrial businesswoman, office businessman / office businessman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), or a comparable qualification. Practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in occupational safety, quality management and project coordination. MS Office knowledge: You can control the current MS Office applications safely. Language skills: Your German knowledge is excellent in word and writing and ideally you also have good English skills. Personal characteristics: You are characterized by reliability, a structured way of working and high quality standards.
