Creative Ownership: You take responsibility for developing strategies, guiding ideas, narratives, claims, messaging architectures and integrated campaigns. Leadership & team building: You lead the strategy and concept team both in discipline and professional. You keep coaching, mentoring and developing your talents. Digital & integrated campaigns: You develop innovative concepts for integrated communication measures – from brand and image campaigns to content systems to digital and social first campaigns. Close work with CD creation: Together with the creative directors creation, you control the creative processes – from the first idea to the final implementation. Strategic brand management: You develop brand strategies on your own and are the key player for our business units when it comes to the commercial focus, the content of brand staging, communication strategies and campaign planning. Pitch-Lead & client:internal contact: You play a key role as a concept and consulting manager in the key pitches of the agency and promote the further development of strategic key accounts and campaign focus customers. Storytelling & Messaging: You develop convincing brand stories, storyboards, tonalities and presentations. Brand Consistency: You make sure that all measures are brand-compliant and have maximum relevance for the defined target groups.

You bring at least 7 years of experience in a campaign development agency or digital brand communication in the B2B environment as well as in the public sector. You have proven experience in designing and implementing integrated campaigns with digital and social-first approaches. You have at least 3 years of leadership experience and convince with clear leadership skills. You use AI tools specifically for analysis, inspiration and acceleration of strategic processes. You have a high level of expertise in strategy, brand management and creative thinking. You convince by excellent communication and presentation skills. You can master German at C2 or native language levels to develop claims, headlines and complex communication concepts at the highest level.
