Our department is responsible for commercial management and the management of residential and commercial properties. In close cooperation with the fields of technology, rental, accounting and controlling, you enter your administrative objects. As a central point of contact for owners, tenants and service providers, you can coordinate different interests, develop practical solutions and ensure an economically sustainable management of the real estate. Management of rental contracts and maintenance and maintenance of rental contract and property data in real estate software, in particular in modern ERP and CRM systems Organisation of all object-relevant documents and communication with contractual partners, authorities and various internal interfaces Auditing of invoices taking into account the transferability Preparation, preparation and verification of heating and auxiliary cost accounting and processing of sprinklers Implementation of the dunning process Development and conclusion of supply contracts Control and monitoring of contracted service providers including tendering and awarding contracts Identification of economic optimization possibilities within your object portfolio

Whether you've completed an education or a degree course doesn't matter. Optimumly, you have already gained first experience in commercial real estate management of residential and/or commercial real estate – especially in the processing of rental contracts, the creation of additional cost bills and the clarification of legal issues. You work independently, structured and reliable. A high level of sense of responsibility, commitment and reliability characterize you. You have an affinity for digital tools and are safe to use MS Office. Economic thinking and a good understanding of numbers are among your strengths. You are communicative, service-oriented and enjoy dealing with people.
