As Systems Engineer Hosting & Network, you are responsible for the smooth operation of our global network landscape. Unbox your job – your tasks Ensuring stable, secure and efficient operation of global hosting and network infrastructure Support and optimization of central infrastructure services in on-premises and cloud environments as well as administration and performance optimization of various network components Processing of Incidents, Problems and Changes as part of the 2nd and 3rd level support for infrastructure and basic services Conception and implementation of technical solutions including architecture design and automation of operations as well as the creation, maintenance and updating of system, architecture and operating documentation Participation in national and international IT infrastructure projects, in particular in migration and technological modernisation of existing platforms Control and coordination of external service providers, suppliers and technology partners as well as the development of IT security standards and continuous improvement of protection measures in the infrastructure and network environment

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in operating IT infrastructures focusing on hosting and networking Knowledge of network technologies (routing, switching, VPN, firewalls) and IT security systems as well as good knowledge of IT service management processes Experience in the operation of modern infrastructure platforms and ideally experience with manufacturers and technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet and Check Point Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working methods and a high degree of self-responsibility and team capacity in an international environment
