Salesforce Agentic Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)

(AI) Maturity Assessments & Analysis: You carry out AI and Agentic Maturity Assessments and analyze the initial situation of customers across business, organization, data and IT, including the role of Salesforce Agentic Enterprise, Agentforce and other GenAI platforms. Strategy & Roadmap Development: You develop Agentic Enterprise strategies, governance models, and roadmaps, and manage which use cases are implemented with Salesforce, Agentforce or other GenAI platforms. Business Cases & Basis of decision: You create business cases and decision templates that make GenAI's benefits transparent and comprehensible - for example in terms of efficiency gains, revenue potentials and risks. Sales & Go-to-Market: You'll be contributing Go-to-Market initiatives for Salesforce Agentic Enterprise and Agentforce, supporting the creation and estimation of offers, and performing as a content lead in pitches and strategic customer appointments. Thought Leadership & Marketing: You support marketing and business development through presentations, white papers, webinars and other formats related to Agentic Strategy, Salesforce and GenAI in general.

(studies) You have a completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable field. Salesforce & GenAI Understanding: You have a good understanding of the interaction of Salesforce Landscapes, Agentforce, common GenAI platforms in business processes and organizations as well as relevant GenAI tools - or are willing to acquire this knowledge quickly and properly. Strategy & consulting experience: You have several years of experience in strategy, digital or management consulting, ideally with data/AI or transformation focus. Business Understanding: You understand business models, value chains and key figures systems and can evaluate their change based on GenAI and Agentic Enterpise. Pre-Sales Experience: You have experience in pre-sales - e.g. in the design and implementation of pitch presentations, supply creation, estimation and cooperation with sales teams. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Communication strength & languages: You communicate and present yourself in C-Level, both German and English, and you can communicate complex content in a comprehensible and convincing way.
