As a sales representative (m/w/d), you represent our company to the outside, competent, sympathetic and service-oriented. You gain new contacts, conduct consultations and professionally engage interested parties through all channels. This is how you actively contribute to the growth and positive development of our house. Framework conditions: Location: Hanover, Hahne Holding Central Areas. Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Working time flexible: sliding time and mobile work possible, up to 40% of working time can be done on a mobile basis. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 3,904,56 and € 4,365,66, depending on the experience.

Your tasks: Representation: Representation of the company at trade fairs, events and residence festivals as well as support for trade fair stands. Acquisition and advice: contact and advice from interested parties via the customer relationship management system (Customer Relationship Management) as well as telephone, email or personal. First consultation and forwarding: creation of first offers, accompaniment of the interested parties to the appropriate care or care services and forwarding to the brands Hahne Residenzen, Hahne Pflegedienst, Hahne Tagespflege und Hahne Wohnen. Sales measures: planning and implementation of actions to increase awareness and generation of new enquiries as well as independent expansion of the sales area. Your profile: Qualification and experience: Complete training as a nursing and/or commercial training as well as experience in the social, nursing or health environment, for example through healthcare activities or in a nursing facility. Working method: Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation, as well as pronounced communication strength in dealing with interested parties and relatives. Digital competence: Secure handling of digital tools, especially CRM systems, Outlook and Excel. Driving licence: valid EU driving licence of class B.
