Conception, development and management of IT-Service Certificate Management/platforms Observation and evaluation of technology trends (e.g. Automatic Certificate Management Environment (ACME)) incl. Definition and development of deployment scenarios in urban IT infrastructure Development and control of service design, administration and lifecycle for service Creation and further development of concepts (rolling and authorization concept, operating concept, emergency concept) Control of service providers and calls from service framework contracts malfunction and escalation management for the service

For activity you need one of the following qualifications as

Bachelor or Diploma in Computer Science or Business Informatics (w/m/d) with comprehensive skills and experience and at least two years of relevant professional experience; or (w/m/d) of the 3rd QE / Observatory Service, Natural Science and Technology Course – Focus on Management Informatics or (w/m/d) of the 3rd QE / Observatory Service, Management and Finance Course with at least three years of relevant professional experience and comprehensive relevant skills and experience; or Manager (w/m/d)
