Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Your responsibilities include supporting the Business and Strategy & Steering Manager of Chief Commercial Officers/ Head of Consorsbank. You are supporting us significantly in strategic projects: Here you work with the planning, analysis and implementation of projects with high relevance for the corporate strategy. Your task also includes the preparation of decision documents: You will create presentations, reports and analyses for the Management Board and the CCO. As part of research, you conduct market and competitive analyses and provide insights into strategic issues. Through your organization of meetings, you support the planning, coordination and follow-up of board meetings and strategic workshops. You will also take care of the project coordination and work with the follow-up of project progress and the prioritization of tasks.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You are currently in an advanced study of the business economy, economy, economic engineering or a comparable field, or in your Gap Year between your Bachelor and Master studies. You bring first practical experience through internships or student work activities, ideally in the field of strategy, consulting, banking or project management. Interest in strategic and entrepreneurial issues as well as strong analytical thinking. Your work is characterised by self-employment, reliability and structure. Your high level of team capacity as well as your communication strength are yours. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, complete your profile.
