Your duties

• Electrical processing of spare parts requests from our customers
• Identification of required spare parts using schematics, lists and the ERP system
• Creation and maintenance of technical lists based on schematics and drawings
• Administration and maintenance of spare parts in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with purchasing, construction, warehouse and service department to ensure spare parts availability
• Monitoring and coordination of scheduled deliveries

Your profile

• Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering
• Continuation to the state-tested electrical technician (all genders)
• Ideally multi-year experience in electrical construction or in technical spare parts
• Secure handling of ERP systems and Windows 11 / Microsoft 365
• Good English knowledge of communication in international context
• Structured, independent and team-oriented working
