Leadership competence: experience in evaluating professional management and coordination of teams – or the clear willingness to take on this responsible role Specialized expert: knowledge of financial and accounting as well as a good understanding of business relationships (for example, through commercial training or business studies or further qualification) Experience: Multiannual practical experience in central financial processes (e.g. accounting or annual accounts), ideally also in a complex group environment Willingness to develop: openness to change, learning joy and the desire to develop modern, socially effective financial processes together with colleagues Working methodology: Structured, independent and solution-oriented working, combined with high communication and team skills
