You support the digital transformation of our customers and lead IT projects from conception to implementation to success With your expertise, you strengthen our management consulting team in the area of CIO Advisory In addition, you conduct (partial) projects with interdisciplinary teams for customers of all industries and talk the language of IT You develop and implement strategic, organizational and process solutions together with other team members and our customers on current technological or commercial challenges You are also responsible for the design, preparation and implementation of workshops with our customers and represent Sopra Steria Next Finally, you support the writing of studies and articles on the status quo and the future of different industries and relevant (IT) topics Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a successfully completed study of economics, (economic) computer science or a comparable study To this have at least 3 years of professional experience in IT transformation, IT strategy, digital process management or IT performance management Prerequisite for this position are proven experience in IT management consulting, in-house consulting or relevant project experience in IT organizations In addition, you have extensive experience in managing and implementing projects including planning, coordination with understanding of IT organizations and technological developments Ideally you bring first certifications in project or process management You have a strong critical and analytical mindset to find innovative and efficient solutions for complex issues You think in strategic contexts and understand the challenges of our customers at decision-making level and address them specifically You have strong team player skills to collaborate in multifunctional teams, to manage project teams, and strong presentation and communication skills combined with a high level of persuasiveness Good knowledge of German (ab B2 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
