As a consultant to the Executive Board, you support the management of the company in organizational, administrative and corporate issues. Board and Supervisory Board Management Organisation, preparation and follow-up of Supervisory Board meetings Creation and dispatch of invitations in compliance with statutory and statutory deadlines Coordination of meeting documents and draft decisions Creation of protocols and follow-up of adopted measures Participation in the preparation and implementation of Annual General Meetings Maintenance and management of corporate documentation Corporate governance and legal coordination Support for corporate issues Coordination of external firms, notaries and tax advisors Monitoring of relevant deadlines and decisions Management of important contracts and corporate documents Support in the development of internal governance processes CEO Support Management of appointment management Organisation of national and international business trips Preparation of presentations, reports and decision templates Own processing of special administrative and organisational topics Communication with supervisory boards, shareholders, consultants and business partners

Successfully completed training as a lawyer, study of economic law, law studies with first state exams or comparable qualification Professional experience from ideally 3 to 7 years Outstanding interest in corporate law issues and corporate governance Experience in dealing with superiors, supervisory boards, law firms or notaries of advantage Structured, careful and self-responsible operation High discretion and credibility Very good knowledge of German and English
