My cooperation partner is a family-run general entrepreneur who has a high level of expertise in all aspects of civil engineering. In the last few decades, my partner has become the most important player in the North German region, especially in road, earth and management.

With around 1,000 employees in the North German area, a high level of competence is bundled in various projects of earth construction, cable management construction, energy infrastructure, drainage and road construction. For the area of southern Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg, I am looking for a department manager (m/w/d) infrastructure and road construction at the next possible time. In doing so, you work hand in hand with the management, take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of about 65 employees (including hired and commercial peronal) and bring your knowledge in addition to the further development of strategic topics.

Senior General Manager of the Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Division (Sales and Result Responsibility) Management of negotiations with contractors and contracting entities with regard to construction, design, changes and extensions of the construction contract as well as post-submission approval Monitoring and control of monthly performance and earnings development including reporting Projektleiter (m/w/d) Participation in costing, strategy and in negotiations of orders Professional and disciplinary personnel management and support as well as the deployment planning within the group Regular information and coordination with management in all essential technical and personal tasks
