You advise customers competently to choose the appropriate Microsoft products, services and license models - whether software, cloud services IT infrastructure. In doing so, you keep the license usage in mind, ensure compliance with Microsoft's requirements and optimierst license volumes and costs. In contract negotiations (e.g. Enterprise Agreements, Open Licensing), you are introducing your know-how specifically. You carry out training and workshops for customers and internal teams and make complex license topics understandable. Last but not least, you follow current license policies and product changes at Microsoft and work closely with partners and sales teams on individual customer solutions.

Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics 365. Experience with Microsoft license models such as Enterprise Agreements, Volume Licenses, Open Licensing and Cloud Solution Providers. Negotiation security in license agreements and a good sense of economic optimization. Basic technical understanding to analyze requirements together with IT teams and admins. Personally, you convince with clear communication and the ability to explain complex topics in a comprehensible way.
