I acquire a wide range of knowledge in the context of digital transformation and system operation of the future. As a key contactin for successful contract management, I am an essential player for the success of 50Hertz. My tasks: support in the creation, analysis, negotiation and management of contracts with our partners (network) in the context of system management, advice on possible opportunities and risks of the respective financial statements through the analysis of contractual aspects and the development of alternative contractual solutions; contact personin for questions relating to contractual structures and applicable legal frameworks, specialist communication and coordination with expert experts, contact persons from the customer management and the legal department, Support in the continuous development of efficient workflows for contract management in system management.

Master or Diploma degree in law, business or economic engineering, negotiating skills and enforcement capability, team capacity and high operational readiness, the ability to develop an optimized solution approach in the sense of the corporate objectives, taking into account the specified requirements and the required processes; Ability to easily and convincingly present legal assessments and to reconcile operational needs with legal requirements; performance and target-oriented operation with high analytical competence, High level of readiness and willingness to work on current/new topics, Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills in word and writing, Safe handling of MS Office.
