Head of the Property Management Division (m/f/d)

For the locations Schleswig and Flensburg we are looking for a specialist group management (m/w/d). In this function you conduct a dedicated operational management team and take over the operator responsibility for the properties assigned to you. In addition to controlling the daily processes, you will actively participate in strategic topics in the fields of personnel, budget and maintenance. You take over the personnel, organizational and technical management of the management area for, among others, the administrative buildings of the state of Schleswig-Holstein. Your tasks include: Contact person (m/w/d) Commissioning, initiation and quality assurance of necessary management services Perception of operator responsibility for the associated properties Ensuring proper inventory data management and documentation Responsibility of commissioning / takeover of technical and construction equipment and their maintenance Budget responsibility with personnel needs planning and personnel selection Control and verification of cost centers As part of property responsibility, you will take over the following strategic tasks: Maintenance planning Construction and construction work together with the colleagues from the Landesbau Property and portfolio planning Voting user needs Accommodation planning for users

Compulsory requirements Completed degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Administration and Economics As an alternative, a degree as a real estate specialist (m/w/d), state-tested technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the holistic management of buildings and properties, in particular in the care of users, tenants and/or owners, and in the management of maintenance measures Experience in the technical guidance, operational control or coordination of employees, service providers or contractors Impressed leadership skills with a focus on a positive operating climate, value-assuring employee leadership and individual support in professional issues Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence and the readiness to travel within Schleswig-Holstein readiness to carry out the reliability check (§ 181a LVwG SH) Required requirements Sovereign dealing with stress situations and secure setting of priorities Embossed service orientation with address-oriented communication Ability to convincingly represent positions and at the same time develop constructive solutions in dealing with different stakeholders knowledge of the handling of operator requirements, verification requirements and requirements for safe building operation
