Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The Vivantes – Forum für Senioren GmbH is a subsidiary of the Vivantes Network for Health GmbH and operates in Berlin 18 capital nursing houses with a total of 2,337 fully-steady nursing places. Between Havel and Sacrower Lake, on the outskirts of Kladow, our capital care house Ernst-Hoppe is located. The quiet and idyllic house has 132 single and 8 double rooms, distributed in three buildings and offers people with physical and psychological restrictions a loving new home. Your duties

Process management for the drug supply including • Supporting the nurses in the management of the nursing documentation • Conducting consultations • Creating measures • Supporting the nurses in the quality indicator survey • Training of expert standards in the areas of hygiene, risk management and care documentation • Conducting care visas (inhabitant review and risk monitoring) • Hygienic treatment in residential areas • Participation and cooperation with the responsible care specialist in nursing degree management • Support of the responsible care professional in case of complaint management • Risk analyses • Support for legal examinations, e.g. medical service, home supervisory authority, health office incl. Preparation and preparation • Feedback to the central quality management at the local dates • Participation in the internal communication structure • Participation in local festivals and events • Representation of the responsible nursing staff in absence
