Electrician in Project Management (m/f/d)

As a project leader in testing technology at our Dresden site, you offer our customers first-class service, guaranteeing the electrical safety and quality of the tests and taking responsibility. You bring structure, meet the right measures and promote your team members in their development. Together we develop our and your potential, grow steadily and create a safe working environment in a future-proof, innovative industry. You prepare project interviews, keep the results structured and ensure that the agreed measures are implemented in the project You are a central interface between customers, test teams, sales and disposition and are available as contact persons You take the compilation and leadership of your team and answer technical and order-related questions You are responsible for the project performance and economics You shape the further development of your test team members

You have a successfully completed electrotechnical training and ideally bring commercial experience as well as a basic understanding of electrical safety testing You have experience in the planning, implementation and economic management of projects You work independently, act responsibly and make clear decisions for the company You bring leadership experience with you and will be happy to guide teams You'll be safe and confident with customers and teams You are fit in handling digital processes and MS Office You speak German and have good English skills
