(Senior) Manager Digital Process Compliance (m/f/d)

Ensure IT compliance: You check compliance with regulatory requirements in the field of IT compliance and IT governance and develop practical solutions for our clients. Advice with added value: Together with your team, you analyze complex IT processes and systems, evaluate their conformity and give clear recommendations for action. Strategic customer support: You are the central contact person for IT compliance themes, build trusting relationships and accompany our client in the long term. Take project responsibility: From planning to successful implementation, you control challenging IT compliance projects and ensure measurable results. Team leadership: You guide experienced consultants:inside, promote their further development and create an environment that focuses on innovation and quality.

Studies: You have completed your studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a related field. Experience that counts: You bring at least five years of professional experience in IT compliance, ideally in a consultancy or leadership position. Technical depth: You have deep knowledge of IT compliance methods and processes and have experience in dealing with internal and external audit units. Digitization & Trends in Focus: Current digitalization and technology trends are familiar to you, as are the regulatory requirements associated with it. Leadership and Project Management: Experience in the leadership of teams and projects as well as the active promotion of the further development of employees are among your strengths. Communication strength: You speak German and English fluently, both in writing and oral, and you will certainly appear at different hierarchical levels of our customers.
