To strengthen our production teams, we are looking for shift masters (m/w/d).

Planning and ensuring a smooth production process to achieve the planned quality and productivity Leadership, classification and coordination of a shift team Detection and evaluation of operating and machine data by means of computer Monitoring, control and documentation of production-relevant parameters (see IFS, HACCP) Observation and enforcement of high order, cleanliness and hygiene Identification of optimization potentials and corresponding adaptation of process sequences

Successfully completed food technology training with corresponding additional qualification as master/technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Experience gained in the food environment, ideally in the area of confectionery and chocolate production Experience and joy in team leadership and employee support in the production environment High readiness and flexibility as well as readiness for shift and weekend work Very good knowledge of common standards (IFS, HACCP) Routinized IT user knowledge in MS-Office and SAP knowledge German language skills in word and writing
