You take on varied tasks in the daily business, get many insights into our media house and have very good prospects for training – in our publishing house and in the industry! In product management, you can see how our diverse works are created in the editorate, digital products are implemented agilely and e-tutorials are developed. In production you learn everything about the production process of digital and printed media – from the manuscript to the product. In marketing, you can get creative and learn how our products are successfully marketed in all online and offline channels. Sales will show you how to get our products on the best way to our customers and get to know our target groups in a direct conversation. In the commercial departments such as accounting and personnel, you work e.g. incoming bills and offers There are also various Azubi projects that you will design and implement together with the other Azubis. In all departments, you work with a variety of IT programs and systems – from common office applications to SAP to content management systems and AI tools – and build your digital skills, including safe and responsible handling of artificial intelligence. The training takes place alternately between practice in the training departments and the visit of the “Städtische Berufsschule für Medienberufe” in Munich.

You have a good middle education degree, the professional school tire or the Abitur in your pocket. You want to understand how specialist media are created, these are provided in different media forms in a user-friendly manner and want to help shape them. You are open-minded and committed as well as independent work are your strengths. You want to work in the team, are curious and like to learn something new.
