The customer communication / information department supports the essential information interfaces to the customers of financial information technology. We are always looking for the right way to provide our customers with essential information in the right place via the relevant target groups. We also provide a lot of joy and passion for the content of our own events - especially the FI-Forum 2026. Note: The department is primarily located in Münster and Frankfurt am Main

Participation in the FI-Forum 2026 project - the big event for our customers Take responsibility for the content of customer-oriented topics within the framework of the FI forum Accompanying the entire event conception, planning and implementation Enrichment of the entire project team with ideas and methods in event management and a cheerful mentality

Complete studies in the field of communication, marketing or business informatics or completed vocational training in the field of marketing/communication First relevant professional experience in marketing and communication Joy in digital topics and desire for new tasks and working methods First experiences Area project management, event organization or communication are advantageous Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2 days per month
