Specialist for work and professional promotion / Healer in / Healer in (m/w/d) Arbeitsumfeld

The integrated plant asterkontec offers approx. 250 people with and without impairment a variety of individual work and employment opportunities.

We are looking for a dedicated specialist who supports us in the accompaniment of 25 people with a high level of assistance and in the processing of production orders in our Working Group Assembly Packaging 4.

Overview of tasks

• Professional and educational guidance of employees
• Active design of individual development planning for people with assistance needs
• Application of the Reha instrument PEP. Work organization
• Intensive cooperation and communication with the team
• Ensuring the required quality and quality control (DIN EN ISO 9001 + 9100)
• Required nursing activities

We are looking

• Completed training for the qualified specialist in employment and vocational training, nurses, educators or similar qualifications
• Experience in dealing with people with disabilities
• Team and communication skills
• A positive basic attitude and joy in dealing with people
• Patience, resilience and flexibility
• Self-working and sense of responsibility
• Expected working hours from Wednesday to Friday
