Coordinator Auditmanagement (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, organization and execution of internal audits, customer and process audits. You take over the professional leadership of all employees involved in the audits, i.e., you support operational issues, delegier and control the task packages, and you are responsible for the escalation and deescalation of professional topics. You will start audit reports and support the departments in implementing improvements. You are responsible for the (further) development of the audit program as well as the audit methods and trains employees in audit and quality management. You act as an interface to customers, suppliers and certification companies.

You have a successful degree in quality management, natural sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmacy or food technology) or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience in the quality environment, ideally focusing on audits in the food and/or pharmaceutical/GMP environment. You have already gained well-founded experience in the planning and execution of internal audits, supplier and process audits. You have already accompanied external certification audits (ISO 9001, ISO 15378, BRC). You are safe in dealing with MS Office and with QM systems (e.g. SAP, CAQ tools), bringing about enforcement and diplomatic skills. In addition to your structured and self-sponsored way of working, your very good knowledge of German and English is an excellent feature.
