Product Manager (limited to 4 years)

You assume the strategic and strategic responsibility for the product range of electricity and natural gas products – from product idea to further development to product setting You develop, evaluate and tax pricing strategies for existing and new customer products with the aim of securing margins and targeted use of markets First, analyze and develop complex pricing and costing models and ensure their resilient integration into operational pricing You will follow market prices, margin developments and competitive activities, take concrete measures and continuously develop monitoring in the pricing environment You plan, tax and accompany operating price adjustment processes as well as price and contract changes taking into account internal and external requirements You control, care and optimise the tariff portfolio and develop tariff structures and pricing models along technical, economic and regulatory requirements You test the legal and regulatory environment, evaluate changes early and support their implementation in the product and pricing context You control cross-departmental processes and projects independently and actively promote the continuous optimization of processes, quality standards and internal cooperation

You have a degree in energy management or a comparable qualification You have very good Excel skills and are sure to deal with complex calculation models, price structures and scenario analyses. You work very conscientiously, structured and detailed – especially in dealing with sensitive pricing, market and costing data You think analytical, solution-oriented and prepare complex facts precisely and understandably on You bring well-founded pricing know-how or you have the willingness to work deep into pricing logics, margin mechanics and transfer pricing structures You have a pronounced process and IT confession and ideally have experience with energy systems, e.g. in the SAP environment You have a very good number and KPI understanding as well as knowledge of energy-economic relationships, tariff and billing logic You communicate safely, agree with different interfaces and bring topics into implementation independently
