IT Security Specialist (mwd)

Responsive IT security position, with a medium-sized family company where you can design. 3 to 4 home office days per week are possible.

As a specialist in IT security, you act as a central contact person for all issues related to IT security and cyber security, both for internal departments and for management. You are responsible for the design, introduction and continuous development of security policies, strategies and processes in the company. You advise project teams on information security-relevant issues and accompany the implementation of security-compliant solutions. In addition, identify potential vulnerabilities, assess security incidents and develop proactive and reactive risk mitigation measures. Furthermore, you plan and implement internal IT compliance checks, carry out risk analyses (risk assessments) and implement targeted awareness measures to raise awareness among employees.

Influential professional experience in IT security and cyber security Very good knowledge in the field of technical information security (ISMS) and relevant information security standards (e.g. ISO 27001) Experience in the environment of IT audits Experience in the introduction of vulnerability management Good knowledge of EDR, NDR and XDR, or Experience in introducing appropriate solutions Good German knowledge
