Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a more comparable field of study – alternatively an IT-specific further education or multiannual professional experience in software development Insufficient experience in the field of tasks and well-founded pre-experience in the programming language COBOL and in software development generally required (knowledge in other programming languages desirable) Ideal experience in the banking and insurance environment willingness to acquire necessary expertise and to work on complex legacy systems Analytical, logical, structured and conceptual thinking High service orientation to users and applicants Self-organization Reliability and care Team skills
