For the location in Rehe, we are looking for a strong organizational personality as Head of Human Resources (m/w/d). In this role, you take responsibility for personnel work on site, lead a small team and advise executives as well as employees on personal and labour law issues. Your duties as Head of Human Resources Leadership & Responsibility: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the staffing and headquarters at Rehe site as well as ensuring reliable, service-oriented personnel work HR consulting & labour law: Proactive counselling and support for executives and employees in all personal and labour law issues Personal Processes & Development: Analysis, Design and Continuous Optimization of Personal Economic Processes at the Site HR Projects & Change Processes: Responsibility for selected HR projects as well as active participation of change and development processes at the site Arbeitsmedizin & Arbeitssicherheit: Coordination and further development of the topics of occupational health and safety in cooperation with internal and external interfaces Your profile Qualification: Successfully completed studies focusing on human resources, economic law, business management or a comparable qualification with corresponding HR experience Professional experience in human resources: multiannual relevant professional experience in human resources, ideally in a manufacturing company or industrial environment Leadership experience: experience in the management, coordination or professional management of employees as well as the joy of developing a small team in a reliable and valuable way Labour Law Security: Finding knowledge of labour law as well as a safe handling of personal economic issues in the operating and consulting HR everyday Consultancy & Communication Strength: Soveräne’s appearance towards factory management, executives and employees as well as very good communication and enforcement skills Structure & Responsibility: Self-Employed, Structured and Trusted Work with High Responsibility and a Good Feeling for People and Organisations Design will & viability: openness, curiosity and motivation to further develop existing structures and advance topics sustainably Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and conversational English What you expect Responsibility & Design Space: An influential HR role with direct proximity to the factory management, high self-responsibility and plenty of space to further develop the human resources at the site Working environment: An esteeming, collegial coexistence with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and a long-term perspective Security & stability: An unlimited contract of employment in a successful, internationally established quality company with a strong brand Further development: Individual support through targeted training opportunities and long-term development perspectives Benefits & Extras: Old-age pension support, fitness and leisure services, service leasing, meals and other social benefits How to continue To submit your documents, please use the online application portal on our homepage.
