Developing test strategies: you design, formulate and provide test plans for manual and automated tests. Reviews: You carry out reviews of requirements and test cases. Cover quality criteria: You plan and set up test cases - based on customer requirements and test specifications - to cover defined quality criteria. Designing software development process: You actively shape the internal software development process, in close coordination with the developer and concept team. Optimize processes: internal test processes and tools are planning and developing. Analyse results: You control, document and evaluate the test results.

DEIN PROFIL Your educational path: You have a completed university degree or a comparable training. Professional experience: In a comparable position, you have at least 5 years of professional experience or have less experience with additional insurance knowledge. Certification: You have a certificate as a software tester (for example ISTQB). Technical knowledge: Finding knowledge in the planning, control, implementation, automation and documentation of software tests is a key feature. In addition, you have database knowledge (founded SQL identifiers), you know about Git, IDE, Docker, and you can safely move in a Unix environment. Ideally you bring experience in Jira, XRAY, Jenkins, API Tools and Selenium or Playwright with and has first experiences with Claude Code. Working: You work structured, independent and timely. Language skills: You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level).
