You actively support the F&B management in the operational daily business and are present on the area. You accompany the daily routine in our gastronomic areas and provide a smooth service together with the teams. You support the leadership, motivation and further development of our employees and promote trusting cooperation. You identify optimization potentials in the operational process and implement improvements together with the responsible areas. You work with the further development of our gastronomic concepts and introduce their own ideas. Administrative tasks – for example in the field of cash systems, menu analyses or organizational processes – complement your task area.

Complete training in the hotel industry or gastronomy as well as several years of professional experience in the service, in the kitchen or in the food-food-food-beverage area. Joy in taking operational responsibility and working with the teams every day. Organizational design and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Safe handling of PC applications as well as restaurant and cash systems. Good knowledge of English; French knowledge is advantageous.
