Lawyer / Business Lawyer (m/f/d)

In this position you will become part of an insolvency administrator team. You legally accompany the continuation of insolvent companies in regulatory and self-government procedures and act in the implementation of company sales (M&A) or Insolvency plans. The activities also include the preparation of insolvency advice and the supervision of reporting and the processing of correspondence with parties to the proceedings. In addition to the examination and demarcation of credit collateral, a focus of activity is on the investigation of insolvency-specific and company-law claims.

You are a full lawyer with solid exam notes - a doctorate is not a prerequisite, but a welcome additional qualification. Professional experience and insolvency prior knowledge would be desirable, but are not a prerequisite. Alternatively, you have a good degree as Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Master of Laws (LL.M.) or Diplom-Economics lawyer and already have relevant professional experience in the economic or insolvency field.
